Hping is the ultimate spoofing tool. It is possible to send packets from a machine say A to a machine say B.
But the machine B receives packets from another machine C (which is actually not sending the packets but A is sending them).
When the packets are formed A replaces the source address by the address of C.Therefore B receives packets sent by A but thinks it is sent by C
How to use Hping to spoof
$hping host --spoof spfaddr -S
The SYN flag is also set .
If spfaddr belongs to an idle host, and we try to hping spfaddr, we get seq no. in increments of two because spoofaddr is also responding to the packets sent by host to it
