Hello everyone!!!

I got hping3 compliled on my system, but when I try something as simple as a scan (testing), I get an error stating that the operation is not permitted.  I tried with sudo and then su'ed with the same result.  I'm currently running ubuntu 2.6.31-14.  GCC 4.4 and tcl 8.4 and 8.5.  Thank you in advance!!!
